The law firm you choose will have a significant impact on the outcome of your case. You should choose a law firm that is well-established, experienced, and has demonstrated their ability in the courtroom. It is important for you to hire a well-respected law firm with good lawyers that have the experience and resources to fight for you and your family.

There are many things you should consider when deciding which criminal defense law firm or family law lawyer should represent you. Experience, past results, reputation, and the sincerity and devotion of their non-lawyer support staff are all important factors you should consider.

At The Law Offices of Mary Elizabeth Fletcher, we strongly believe that we have the perfect combination of all of these factors, which allows us to be the best fit for injured people and families in Southwest Florida.

Most people who search for a lawyer are not aware of the significant advantage they have when they hire an attorney local to their area. Most attorneys will take cases in nearly all courts and counties throughout the state regardless of whether they have any experience practicing there — especially the “big” firms who run the annoying million dollar ads on the radio — but a Fort Myers criminal defense attorney or Naples family law lawyer can give you the legal representation you need with an understanding of your local community.

Unlike the other large legal firms who , a local attorney would be familiar with the courts, the judges and the prosecutors who are likely to be working on your case. It is important you have the best possible chance at success in your case. If you have a defense attorney working on your case who knows exactly what to expect from the prosecuting attorney, your case could greatly benefit. The outcome of your criminal case could result in a drastic and negative change in your life or it could result in little to no change. It is attorney Marc A. Joseph, P.A.’s goal to achieve an outcome that results in the least amount of negative changes to your life and that of your family.

Felony and misdemeanor charges must be addressed promptly and aggressively by an experienced and skilled Fort Myers criminal defense attorney who understands Florida law and knows the criminal justice system in the Fort Myers and Naples areas and the surrounding counties. Many cases have the potential for early dismissal, reduced charges, or an acquittal when we have the opportunity to immediately get into action.

People unfortunately meet us at the worst possible time. Let’s face it: You might save for your child’s college tuition or a new family home, but nobody plans on saving for a criminal defense attorney’s fees. But since you are in this position, make a smart decision. Your money matters and so does your choice in legal representation. Quality legal representation is not cheap and nor should it be; however, it should not break the bank either.

At The Law Offices of Mary Elizabeth Fletcher, we fight for you and your family. Our mission is to provide you with the advice you need and the representation you deserve. During your free case evaluation, we will answer every question you have about our background and experience, and provide you with a thorough assessment of your situation.
