About Us

Prior to opening her own legal practice, attorney Mary Elizabeth Fletcher served as Assistant Public Defender for the 20th Judicial Circuit for nearly 13 years. She was responsible for the defense of individuals accused of both misdemeanors and felonies in Fort Myers and LaBelle, Florida. Prior to this position, she assisted people in need of worker’s compensation and criminal defense through a private practice in Cape Coral, Florida. And Fletcher began her legal career as Assistant Public Defender in the juvenile and misdemeanor divisions of the 19th Judicial Circuit in Fort Pierce, Florida.


Attorney Mary Elizabeth Fletcher received her Juris Doctorate from Florida State University, is a member of the Florida Bar Association, is a founding member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and served as Guardian Ad Litem in the 1st Judicial Circuit, State of Florida in Tallahassee, Florida.
